Charger Details
Volvo EVs use J1772 for Level 2 home charging. The EX90 has a 111 kWh battery - a 48A hardwired unit ensures a full charge overnight from most states of charge.
Volvo EVs accept up to 11.5 kW AC (48A). The EX90 with its large battery benefits from a 200A panel to avoid any power sharing conflicts in the home. Learn about ESA permits.
