EV Install Pro ("we", "us") is an ESA/ECRA-licensed (Licence #7012737) EV charger installation company serving Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. This policy explains what information we collect through evchargerinstallationtoronto.ca and related channels, and how we use it.

We collect information you provide directly when you:

• Submit a quote request through our website form, WhatsApp quote tool, or phone call
• Request a quote through a connected third-party assistant (for example, Meta's Muse), which sends us the details you provided to it
• Leave a Google review after service, in connection with our review-request follow-up email

This typically includes: name, email address, phone number, service address or city, the service you're interested in, and any message or photos you choose to share.

We also automatically collect basic technical information (IP address, pages visited) for security and analytics purposes, such as preventing spam form submissions.

• To contact you about your quote request and schedule an installation
• To confirm rebate/program eligibility on your behalf where applicable
• To send a post-installation follow-up (thank-you and review request) — you can opt out by replying to that email
• To improve our website and prevent abuse (e.g. rate-limiting spam submissions)

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

We use the following third-party services to operate our business: Resend (transactional email delivery), Neon (database hosting), and Vercel (website hosting). We also make a subset of our business information (services, service area, licensing, and current rebate programs) available to AI assistant platforms, such as Meta's Muse, through a read-only connector, so that people chatting with those assistants can get accurate information about us and, if they choose, submit a quote request. Any quote request submitted this way is handled the same way as one submitted through our own website — see above.

We retain quote request records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, respond to inquiries, and meet legal/accounting obligations. You can request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us (see below).

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
