Acceptance of terms
By using evchargerinstallationtoronto.ca, submitting a quote request through it (directly or via a connected assistant such as Meta's Muse), or engaging EV Install Pro ("we", "us") for services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Our services
EV Install Pro is an ESA/ECRA-licensed (Licence #7012737) electrical contractor providing EV charger installation, electrical panel upgrades, and related services in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. A quote request is not a binding contract — it's a request for us to contact you and, if both parties agree, schedule a paid installation.
Quote requests
When you submit a quote request — through our website, WhatsApp, phone, or a connected assistant — you confirm the information you provide (name, contact details, service address, etc.) is accurate. We aim to respond within 2 hours during business hours, but response times are not guaranteed.
Pricing and rebates
Prices referenced on our site are estimates and subject to change based on an on-site assessment. We help identify and apply for rebate programs you may be eligible for, but we do not guarantee approval or availability of any third-party rebate or utility program, which are administered and decided by those third parties, not by us.
Third-party assistants and connectors
We make certain business information available to third-party AI assistant platforms (such as Meta's Muse) through an API connector, so users of those platforms can learn about our services and submit quote requests. We are not responsible for how those third-party platforms present information to their users, and our relationship with any customer referred this way is governed by these Terms, not by the third-party platform's own terms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, EV Install Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or a connected assistant. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded under Ontario or Canadian law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our site or services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
